Final Fantasy XI has taken the online gaming community by storm, and the recently released add-on Chains of Promathia seeks to further the engrossing plot of Vana’diel. Capitalizing on the immense success of the original release and its first expansion Rise of the Zilart, Square-Enix worked tirelessly not only to add new content in Chains of Promathia, but to tweak existing areas, items, and intricacies that make the world of Vana’diel tick.
Recently, RPGFan had the pleasure of experiencing the various new areas, plot, and extras that Chains of Promathia offers to existing gamers. Without further ado, I bring you The Darker Side of Vana’diel.
