Final Fantasy VIII PC gets an official release date!

Squaresoft's site just made an announcement today about Final Fantasy VIII PC. It seems that they have a lot of stuff ready to go, because the official release date has been made for January 25th, 2000.

Note that, along with all other games, there is the possibility of delay. However, it is unlikely this time. Why? Squaresoft seems dedicated. They've already released a demo, things have gone smoothly, and there is really no reason to stop them from production. They even reserved a domain name for the game, ff8-pc.com. From there you can click on the left-click area of the mouse picture and learn a whole bunch of stuff about the PC port. It also has that little table to the left that brings you back to their original site.
