Final Fantasy Tribute Album

Square released a new Final Fantasy X CD today in Japan. The CD, titled Final Fantasy X: Feel/Go Dream Tidus And Yuna Tribute Album, is a collaborative effort between Nobuo Uematsu and the seiyuu for Tidus and Yuna. The four song album will be a motley of styles, ranging from the rock track "Tidus no Uta" (Song of Tidus) to "Yuna no Uta" (Song of Yuna), which is based on "Inori no Uta" (Song of Prayer), which was featured in Final Fantasy X.

Uematsu also wrote two new songs for this album, both featuring the vocalists for Tidus and Yuna. As a bonus, the CD will also contain some dialogue from Final Fantasy X.

The CD is available at all DigiCube stores in Japan, and through a number of import retailers across the US. The CD's retail price is 1300 yen ($10.72 USD).
