Atlus has acquired Career Soft, making it a wholly-owned subsidary. Career Soft is currently developing the third installment in the Growlanser series, which is set for a December release in Japan on the PlayStation 2. The developer has also been responsible for the popular Langrisser series of strategy RPGs. Atlus decided to acquire Career Soft in order to secure their creative potential and devoted fanbase for the future.
