With the release of Xenosaga Episode 1: Der Wille Zur Macht drawing closer for Japan, Namco has announced some goods for those who place a pre-order at certain Japanese retailers. Buyers will receive a clear file, shown in the first picture below, which depicts Shion hugging KOS-MOS - very well-done artwork by character designer Kunihiko Tanaka.As well, Namco is holding a contest on the official Xenosaga site. The conests consists of a bit of a trivia quiz, and give-aways include digital cameras, Sony AIBO robot dogs, RioVolt MP3 players, even Shion figures and m.o.m.o. T-shirts (the last two are also pictured below). So if you know Japanese, try your luck - all the info is in the above link.
Xenosaga, developed by Monolith Soft, is set for a Japanese release of February 28, and a possible North American release later this fall.
