We brought you news back in February that Square had started a closed beta test for Final Fantasy XI, and informed registered PlayOnline members of the test.Starting yesterday, the company formerly known as Square began taking applications for a public beta. So, if you weren't able to apply before, and want another chance at playing the game and help Square Enix out in the process, head on over to their homepage and click on the button to apply.
As usual, Final Fantasy XI will be at next month's E3, so look for much more coverage in the coming weeks.
