Square Enix has announced that the cumulative shipments of Final Fantasy X-2 in Japan have reached two million units, thereby the sequel to Final Fantasy X has become the 18th double platinum title in company history. According to last week's edition of the Japanese sales charts the Yoshinori Kitase-produced title had sold 1.88 million units by April 6th.The North American version of Final Fantasy X-2 will be available on November 3rd 2003, courtesy of Square Enix USA.
