Sega has released new information regarding Sonic Team's newest addition to the Phantasy Star Online series, Phantasy Star Online Episode III C.A.R.D. Revolution . The GameCube title will allow for subscribers of Phantasy Star Online Episode I and II to continue using their current serial and access keys. They also don't have to purchase a new hunters license, thereby saving 600 yen ($5.10 US). Users who are willing to take part in the game's trial and then move on to the retail version will have the chance to get one of three special present cards. Those interested in taking part in the beta, which will run from July 24th until August 31st, can apply via Sega Direct. 10,000 beta tester spots are available.Sega plans to release Phantasy Star Online Episode III C.A.R.D. Revolution in Japan sometime in fall 2003.
