Gravity Announces Marriage System for Ragnarok Online

Gravity Interactive has announced the implementation of a marriage system into its PC-based MMORPG Ragnarok Online with a new update. This new patch will also players to attend lavish ceremonies in full wedding dresses. Gameplay-wise, a marriage will allow married couples to teleport each other to the location of the partner by utilizing the Romantic Rendezvous ability, even without asking for permission. Furthermore, couples will receive magical wedding rings holding the Undying Love and Loving Touch abilities. Both allow a partner to restore their spouse by sacrificing some of his or her spell or hit points. Gravity is currently working on a divorce system as well, however just like in real life, divorces are more costly expenditures than marriages. In the case of Ragnarok Online, a divorce will cost more than twice as much as a wedding.
