Taito Releases New Langrisser III PS2 Details

Taito today released new information regarding Langrisser III for PlayStation 2. This new release marks the first time this classic strategy RPG is being remade since its original October 1996 release for Sega Saturn. For the PlayStation 2 relase, the game is receiving a visual update that includes among others, three-dimensional battle scenes. As previously announced, Taito is also adding an auto scenario play mode which lets players watch the scenario they have cleared once again. Furthermore, each playthrough will be rewarded with one piece of art.Langrisser III for PlayStation 2 will be available in Japan on September 29th for 5,800 yen ($52.66 USD).
