New WildARMS The Vth Vanguard Details Announced

Sony Computer Entertainment today announced some new details regarding its upcoming PlayStation 2 RPG WildARMS The Vth Vanguard. The series' newest installment will feature mysterious machines known as "Mediums". These Mediums are embodiments of forces residing in the world of Filgaia. Mediums not only affect a character's growth, but also allow for the summoning of powerful creatures known as Guardians. The following six Guardians have been revealed by Famitsuu today: Equites is a Guardian taking the form of a awe-inspiring and beautiful maiden.
Dinoginos is a giant equipped with two massive shields.
Solas Ems appears out of a rainbow together with many magic squares.
Lucadia appears riding on a huge fish-like creature.
Chapapanga is a centaur whose upper half looks like a thief.
Ceresdu has wings like a butterfly. WildARMS The Vth Vanguard will be available in Japan on December 14th for 6,800 yen ($57.16 US).
