FF Tactics Available for Download on PS3, PSP

Among the three new games that have been added to the Game Archives today was Square Enix's Final Fantasy Tactics. A PlayStation Portable-based remake of the classic strategy RPG is already available, but now PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 users can download a digital version of the original 1997 release. Those with access to the Japanese PlayStation Store can download Final Fantasy Tactics for 1,000 yen ($10.30 USD).

Meanwhile, the massive gap between the Japanese "PS Archives" and American PSN service continues to widen. There's no word yet as to whether Square Enix will release this, or any other, PSOne title to the North American PlayStation Network.
