Final Fantasy VI Hits Japanese PSN Next WeekOkay seriously, I'm running out of regions to be jealous of.04.13.11 - 2:16 PM
Japan just got
Final Fantasy V on their PlayStation Network's Game Archives recently, and apparently, that wasn't enough of an old-school
Final Fantasy fix. Via the Square Enix Members' Twitter, the company first announced that
Final Fantasy VI would also be headed to the PSN soon... before confirming a couple of hours later that it will actually be available next week. Check out their
Twitter to watch the PSone port's CG intro on a PSP. Just a forewarning: they had to break it up into four videos.
Final Fantasy VI will be available on April 20th - that's next Wednesday - on the Japanese PSN's Game Archives.
The Super Nintendo version of Final Fantasy VI is already available on the European Wii Virtual Console, which will also see Chrono Trigger sometime this spring.
