Just in case you're wondering, the VX in
RPGMaker VX is not a typo. The most recent release in the long-running series gets an expansion pack later this month which is heavily Japanese mythology-themed. In the pack you get new tiles, items, enemies, icons, character portraits, attack animations and more. You'll also get samurai, oni, ninjas... and raccoons. Yes, raccoons.
You can see more samples of what's included on the official page here. This expansion pack for RPGMaker VX, a PC title, will be out in Japan on May 26th for 3000 yen ($37.37 US).
