We recently summarized - twice - the many upcoming (and recent) re-releases of Square Enix's 1995 classic, Chrono Trigger. At least one of those is very close - next week, in fact. Not surprisingly, it's not the PSN version. Instead, Square Enix announced today that Nintendo's Virtual Console will see the SNES version of Chrono Trigger next Monday, on May 16th. And yes, that's for North America.

There was no given price point, but our best guess would be 800 Wii Points ($8).
