Nearly two weeks ago we mentioned there was
a contest for designing a shield to be used in DLC for upcoming action RPG
Dark Souls. Turns out, From Software held a similar contest in Japan last month. There were over one thousand submissions and, looking at some of the other designs, it would have been a tough decision for voters and judges alike. Without further ado, here is the winning design!

Dark Souls is currently due for release on October 4th of this year for North America.
