Last week Nippon Ichi Software announced another portable remake: This time it's
Phantom Kingdom, a PS2 title which is better known as
Makai Kingdom in North America. The PlayStation Portable version has a new scenario called 'Papa Is The Strongest Demon King', a still-unnamed pink-haired female character, and other new characters.
The PSP version's limited edition bonus items are actually reprints of the original game's bonuses. Priced at 7140 yen ($88.55 US), the limited edition includes an artbook and soundtrack. You can also get a regular retail UMD at 5040 yen ($62.50 US), or a download version for 4000 yen ($49.61 US).
