Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention (Disgaea 3 Return in Japan) is a PlayStation Vita port of the PS3 game, plus the DLC that had released for that version. The most recent trailer re-introduces the whole cast in a very cutesy tone - and by very, I mean extremely. You have been warned. The trailer shows all of the characters, including downloadable, newcomers, and cameos like the Unlosing Ranger from Z.H.P.

While NIS America will be bringing the English version over sometime next year, Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention is a PlayStation Vita launch title (December 17th) in Japan.
