Yesterday, Electronic Arts announced a cross-promotion between two of its highly-anticipated action RPGs: 38 Studios'
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, and BioWare's
Mass Effect 3. You can read all the details
here, but the gist of it is, if you play the demos for each game, you can unlock bonus in-game items in the other game.
You can see the bonuses in the pretty pictures from the previous article, and again in the new, brief trailer below.
Both titles will be available on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, but you'll have to play the respective demo and game on the same platform to get your bonuses. Reckoning's demo hits all platforms on January 17th, while we're still waiting to hear more about Mass Effect 3's demo.
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning releases on February 7th while Mass Effect 3, as we all know, is due on March 6th.
