Carpe Fulgur sure has a knack for publishing games that clearly have the cute gene going for it. And ever since we fell in love with Recettear, we're always anxiously anticipating what's next on their publishing block. In July it was Chantelise, but now we have a new kid on the block: Fortune Summoners: Secret of the Elemental Stone. Where does it stand on the scale?
