Pandora's Tower: Until I Return To Your Side for the Wii surfaced as a Q2 2012 release. As a Valentine's Day gift to Wii owners who also love JRPGs, Nintendo yesterday announced an April 13th release date for
Pandora's Tower - less than two months after
The Last Story, due out later this month.
Pandora's Tower, which will see several name changes from the Japanese version, follows the story of Elena (Ceres in the Japanese version), who early in the game is inflicted with a curse. To rid her of the curse, as the protagonist Aeron, the player must defeat the bosses in several towers and bring their meat back to Ceres for her to consume. Piece by piece, this will slowly lift her curse. The game also gives you the chance to build your relationship with Elena, and has multiple endings.
Pandora's Tower has not been announced for North America.
