Once you convince twelve girls to bear your 'star children' in Spike's Conception: Please Have My Babies!, you'll need to haul your brood off to battle against the enemy Kegare. These monsters have invaded the game's world, Granvania, and are keeping you and your pregnant cousin (I'm aware of the implications) from returning to your own world.
