Not many games can hold their story together throughout their entire length. Some of them fail in the final hours, at the midpoint, or in some cases, can't even get things started off on the right foot. That alone makes Tuesday's release of
Mass Effect 3 a rather auspicious event. When the game comes out, many of us (myself included) will be loading up our save files from
Mass Effect and
Mass Effect 2 and preparing to step into Shepard's boots for the last time. Finally, we will see the impact that our decisions over the past few years have had, and we're all understandably quite excited.
