Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition Heads To iPad

The recent announcement of a Baldur's Gate remake came with pretty vague details at the time, merely telling us that Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition will get 'a significant update' to the original game's source code and that we'll see new content. The appropriately-named Overhaul Games announced this week that the Enhanced Edition will actually see an iPad release sometime this summer.

The iPad version will run on the Infinity engine (which Baldur's Gate II ran on), and include the Tales of the Sword Coast expansion pack. The new content will entail new quests, a new party member, and more story content. So far, other possible platforms haven't been announced.
