Cyanide Studio's PC tactical RPG, Confrontation, a take on the war game from Rackham, finally hits shelves tomorrow both digitally and at retail. As the protagonist you lead a unit of Griffin soldiers through Aarklash as the Rag'narok (end of time) fast approaches. The impending battle promises to be a threeway clash between the Path of Light (Griffin), Path of Destiny (wolfen and orcs), and the Path of Darkness (Scorpion). The Griffin squad's journey starts in the desert of Syhar, on a quest that might make the Rag'narok advantageous for them.

In anticipation of its release, publisher Focus Home Interactive released a launch trailer, one that you find will set up the story and a bit of the game's universe and background pretty well:
