THQ's latest financial report shows some bleak numbers, with an overall loss for the company, which recently restructured much of its business practices and canceled several projects. Part of the report showed several of their core titles and their slated South Park RPG has been delayed to their Fiscal Year 2013 in the fourth quarter.

What does that mean on the actual calendar? South Park: The Game should see release in the first quarter of the calendar year 2013, as THQ's fiscal year 2012 started in April 20122 and ended in March 2012.
