Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch's early 2013 release date has many a gamer - JRPG fans, especially - rather anxious. The bad news is that we still have to wait until 2013. The good news is that we only need to wait until the 'early' part of early 2013 - January 22nd.
The even better news is that a limited edition will be made available to both North America and Europe. Titled the Wizard's Edition, this bundle includes the game, a 300+ page hardback Wizard's Companion spellbook (not unlike the one Oliver uses in-game), a plush doll of the character Drippy, and two DLC characters - the 'golden mite' and 'golden drongo' familiars, which are the creatures that can join you and fight for you in battle.
Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch for PS3, which will include both English and Japanese voiceovers, will launch in North America on January 22nd of next year. The Wizard's Edition will retail for $99.99 US, and the regular edition for $59.99 US, of course. Europe will also see the game and its limited edition in early 2013, though an exact date has not yet been announced.
