UFO Interactive announced recently that
Elminage Original, to the surprise of many of us, will head out West. Though
Elminage Original is a PlayStation Portable remake of a PS2 game, the series has also spanned Nintendo DS - and now 3DS. Developer Starfish is porting one such PSP entry,
Elminage Gothic to Nintendo's 3D handheld, according to Famitsu. As the name suggests this one has a darker, H.P. Lovecraft-inspired fantasy theme than the rest of the dungeon-crawling series.
A Japanese date and any new features weren't yet revealed for Elminage Gothic's 3DS port, but you can have a look at the PSP version below. On the other hand, it will be interesting to see if Elminage Original sells well enough to warrant more of the series being localized.
