Game of Thrones DLC Now Available
For five bucks, explore Beyond the Wall.

Focus Home Interactive and developer Cyanide Studio has released the first DLC for the video game adaptation of George R.R. Martin's Game of Thrones. For $4.99 US or 400 MSP Beyond the Wall is just what it sounds like - a mission that takes players north of the icy Wall that has been long occupied and protected by the Night's Watch. It's a little bit colder and more dangerous than the Seven Kingdoms is used to, what with wildlings who aren't exactly on friendly terms with the Watch. The approximate 2-hour DLC goes into protagonist Mors Westford's past, to his early years as a black brother of the Night's Watch.

The DLC is available now, and you can grab it for PC (worldwide) here (as well as some weapon and dog DLC), and for Xbox 360 on Xbox Live (in Europe). PlayStation 3 users should get the content in the 'coming weeks.' (No mention of North American Xbox 360 availability was made, but likely that is coming soon as well.)
