7th Dragon 2020-II Announced For Spring 2013
Considering the game is set in 2021, the title really makes no sense.

SEGA have just announced the newest installment in the 7th Dragon series, 7th Dragon 2020-II, will be released in the spring of 2013 in Japan. The PSP title will feature a new Idol class, along with additional voices to use in character creation. There's sure to be plenty of other new features, but that's all that has been revealed so far.
