NIS America is set to release Compile Heart's Hyperdimension Neptunia Victory on our side of the Pacific in two weeks, and they've got one more (for now) trailer to share of the PlayStation 3 JRPG. The two-minute clip below gives us a look at battles, or more specifically the CPUs' special attacks, EXE Drive, and new Dimensional Skills plus a few panty shots.
