When Lunar: Silver Star Story Complete was published in the US, it came with a music CD featuring songs from the game. The 24 tracks on this CD include most of the game's major pieces of music, but some of the shorter songs from the game are not on the CD. 3 of the songs on the Lunar: SSSC soundtrack CD are vocalized, and 1 of these vocalized songs is from the Sega CD version of Lunar: The Silver Star. The music in Lunar is very good and also very emotional. Lunar's music is a pleasure to listen to; this CD was a great addition to an already stellar RPG package. Packing it in with the game (among other extras) was a great idea.

Special thanks to TotalRPG for the track list.
