As a big fan of both techno and all VG music, I must say that this CD was a bit of a dissappointment. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Yoko Shimomura and the Parasite Eve original soundtrack...But the various people that did these remixes really ruined a lot of these songs. However, a 20-some dollar pricetag is still worth it for the few amazing tracks.

My favorite tracks have all been sampled, but I am sure every owner of this soundtrack will agree that the best track is the first track (because it was remixed by Shimomura). The 10th track is also a vocal track, which was a nice touch to the soundtrack.

Overall, I recommend this CD to anyone with an "open mind" for music or if you're a die-hard Parasite Eve/Shimomura fan you should get it...if you can find it.
