Hello everyone! Prior to joining staff, I had done a bunch of soundtrack reviews, and some game reviews going by the name Dennis (surprise surprise). I've been a gamer since the NES days, though I began having memories of my gaming experience with the SNES (which I still own). The console has also introduced me to the RPG genre; I fell in love with Final Fantasy IV (II on the SNES). This same game also introduced me to the beauty of gaming music. Nintendo and RPG games are what I grew up with throughout my childhood, and they both remain special to me to this day.

Aside from good gameplay and music, what I look for in an RPG is a solid story, no matter how cliché, along with a good cast of characters. My personal preference is good characters over good plot, especially characters I can relate with or feel attached to. Give me a "save the world" story any day of the week, and I will still have a good time as long as there are likable characters.

There is not much else about me outside of video games. I am an avid anime/manga fan, though I've been on the more casual side over the past year, and open-minded to a lot of genres. I like to attend anime conventions that are near my area such as AnimeNext, though I would like to visit one of the bigger cons someday. I am currently in college pursuing a design major, and while work can be tough, I still have time to do the things I love.
